Privacy

What we keep

• Account details: your email, name, and optionally your university, graduation year and target firms.
• Practice data: your answers, progress, notes, scores and streaks.
• Questions you send us: the question, the firm, any answer you include, and which account sent them.
• Billing references: your Stripe customer ID and plan status. Stripe holds your card details, and we never see them.

What other people can see

Your display name, handle, university and scores appear on leaderboards. You can opt out in settings, and your notes and answers are always private.

Who processes it

Supabase hosts our database and logins, and Stripe handles payments. Vercel hosts the site and gives us anonymous visitor statistics: the pages viewed, the site you came from, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. Resend sends our emails, including alerts to our team about society enquiries, question reports and questions you send in, and ImprovMX forwards anything sent to our support address to our Gmail inbox. We don't sell your data.

Your choices

Settings lets you download everything we hold about you and delete your account, which permanently removes your practice data. Questions you've sent us stay on file, but are no longer linked to you. We may keep payment records where the law requires it. For anything else about your data, email info@playgroundquant.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember an invite link you arrived through. We don't use advertising cookies, and our visitor statistics don't use cookies at all.
